What to Expect During a Session

How are the sessions delivered?
All sessions are remote and intuitively guided. You’ll receive a confirmation email each month with the scheduled dates and instructions on how to prepare.
Do I need to be online for the distance Reiki or Crystal healing?
No — distance Reiki or distance Crystal healing is just as effective while you rest. We will connect online or via phone after the healing for a brief discussion. For best results is good to lay down and take few deep breaths before hand.
What are the Reiki Infused Meditations?
These are live New and Full Moon check-ins, gentle gatherings where we align with the lunar energy and receive intuitive guidance. You’ll get the dates in advance, and replays are available if you can’t join live.
Can I cancel anytime?
The membership has a minimum 3-month commitment so we can create a consistent rhythm of healing. After that, you can pause, continue, or renew at your own pace.
Is this right for me if I’ve never had Reiki or Crystal healing before?
Yes, absolutely. Whether you’re new to energy healing or looking to go deeper, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
What if I want more personal support?
If you’d like additional one-to-one sessions or coaching, you’ll have access to discounted sessions as a member. You can also upgrade to a deeper plan when ready.
