Yoga and Wellness Retreat Terms and Conditions

Nadezhda Bocheva trading as Flexiwellness ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. By booking and attending our retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments

1.1. To secure a place on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking.

 1.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before the retreat start date. If the balance is not paid by this date, Flexiwellness reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit. 

1.3. Payment can be made via bank transfer, debit or credit card.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. If you cancel your booking:

  • More than 8 weeks before the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Less than 8 weeks before the retreat start date, no refunds will be given. 

2.2. In the unlikely event that Flexiwellness needs to cancel the retreat, a full refund will be provided. Flexiwellness is not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation (e.g., travel expenses).

3. Health and Safety

3.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and capable of participating in the retreat activities. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

3.2. Participants must inform Flexiwellness of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies at the time of booking.

3.3. Flexiwellness reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is deemed unfit or unsafe to participate in retreat activities.

4. Travel and Insurance

4.1. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location, unless stated otherwise. 

4.2. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase travel insurance that covers flight cancellations, medical expenses, and personal liability.

5. Conduct and Behaviours

5.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards other participants and staff.

5.2. Flexiwellness reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous to themselves or others. No refunds will be given in such cases.

6. Liability

6.1. Flexiwellness accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness which may occur during the retreat or as a result of attending the retreat. 

6.2. Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Flexiwellness is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. Flexiwellness may take photographs or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in advance. 

7.2. Participants are welcome to take their own photographs and videos, but please be respectful of others' privacy and obtain consent before capturing images of other participants.

8. Changes to the Retreat

8.1. Flexiwellness reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, instructors, or location if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Flexiwellness will collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy [https://www.flexiwellness.co.uk/privacy-policy]. 

9.2. Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of organising and managing the retreat and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [United Kingdom], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [United Kingdom].

11. Informed Decision

11.1. You acknowledge and confirm that:

  • You have read the materials provided by us that describe the applicable retreat (“Retreat”) (including but not limited to the information set out at [https://www.flexiwellness.co.uk/services-9-1]);

  • You understand your responsibilities while participating in the Retreat and the potential health, safety, and other risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to accidents or illness, disease, poor sanitation, inadequate medical care and facilities, terrorism, acts of God, accidents, crime, the hazards of travel by air, train, boat, and motor vehicle, poor weather conditions, and natural disasters;

  • You have taken the opportunity to ask any questions about the Retreat, and the responsibilities and risks involved, and are willingly and freely assuming any and all risks associated with domestic or international travel and the Retreat in general.
