Villa Paradise
Our home was the aptly named Villa Paradise, a traditional Bulgarian retreat space nestled between rolling hills and quiet villages.
With a swimming pool, open-air tavern, and views that stretched endlessly, it became our sanctuary for rest, nourishing meals, and heartfelt conversations.
Organic food from local farmers filled our plates daily, reminding us of the simplicity and abundance of life here.

Yoga and Me
Twice a day, we gathered for yoga and meditation practices — energizing flows in the mornings and soothing yin and restorative sessions at sunset. We dove into pranayama, guided relaxation, and Yoga Nidra, allowing body and mind to truly reset. To deepen the experience of self-care, each participant also enjoyed a nurturing massage, melting away any remaining tension and inviting complete relaxation.
