Radiance You Membership — Terms & Conditions​

Welcome to Radiance You, a sacred monthly membership offering distance Reiki healing, live meditations, personal crystal suggestions, and intuitive energetic support. This is a lovingly held space designed to nourish your emotional, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing.

Please take a moment to read the terms below before joining.

 

 1. Membership Commitment​

  • Radiance You is a monthly subscription with a minimum 3-month commitment. This is to honour the energetic container and allow for meaningful transformation over time.

  • After the 3-month period, you may:

  • Continue month by month

  • Pause with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle

  • Cancel fully by emailing nadezhdabocheva@gmail.com

 

 2. What’s Included Each Month

Your membership includes:

  • 2 Distance Reiki or Crystal Healing Sessions

  • 2 Live Online Meditations (aligned with moon phases)

  • 2 Reiki-infused Audio Meditations (delivered bi-weekly)

  • 2 Personal Crystal Suggestion

  • Journal prompts & rituals aligned with the monthly theme

  • Ongoing intuitive support via email or voice note (within reason)

Content is delivered weekly, and live event times will be announced at the start of each month.

 

3. Payment & Billing

The monthly fee is £99, billed on the 1st of each month.
You will be charged automatically unless you cancel or pause your membership at least 7 days before the next billing date.

Payments are securely processed via the Flexiwellness website platform. No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has started.

 

4. Healing Disclaimer

Reiki and crystal healing are complementary therapies intended to support holistic wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

By joining, you confirm that:

  • You do not have a pacemaker or any medical device that could be affected by energy therapy

  • You take full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after sessions

  • You understand that results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed

5. Privacy & Respect

All content, meditations, and communications are intended for your personal use only. Please do not share them publicly or with others outside the membership.

The energy of this space is held with love, confidentiality, and trust. If you have questions, concerns, or feel a misalignment, please reach out directly.

7. Inappropriate Behaviour

We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment:

  • The Practitioner may terminate a Session immediately if you display inappropriate or sexual behaviour.

  • If a Session is terminated for this reason, the full Session fee will not be eligible for a refund.

 

7. Changes & Updates

Flexiwellness reserves the right to adjust the structure, pricing, or content of the membership to best serve the collective. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
