The first Full Moon of the year invites us into deep emotional restoration. This intimate healing circle is designed to support you in releasing emotional residue from the past year and restoring a sense of inner safety before the New Year truly begins.

This is not a goal-setting session.It is a homecoming.

What to Expect

We will open with grounding and nervous-system attunement, allowing the body to soften out of survival patterns. Through guided reflection and energetic clearing, you will be supported in releasing emotional imprints connected to family dynamics, past relationships, and unspoken grief.

During the session, I will hold an active Reiki healing transmission focused on the heart-womb axis, supporting emotional regulation, energetic boundary repair, and deep rest.
